Default SimCity 4, Any Fans?

Just curious if anyone was looking forward to the next SimCity release, SimCity 4. If so, any tips on info you can share, like a release date?

Thanks!

I am, now that you posted a link about it!! Looks awesome. I would love to fiddle with traffic lights and see how entire cities play out from day to night....

As for the release date, having just checked your link, it says: "SimCity 4 In Stores January 14th!"

I just don't get all the sim games. Your own life isn't hectic enough that you have to run other peoples?

Or is it more of a playing god complex?

I'm looking forward to it. I played SC3K for quite a while, and got one of my cities to about 2.2 million people. I hope there is more variation in the game than the previous 3, which it seems like there will be.

turbo - the god complex thing is certainly part of it, but I've always found the simcity series to be a good challenge.
