Often, Moderators will move threads that they feel are inflammatory, offensive and a detriment to the community into a private forum for discussion among Moderators. Not sure if that's the case here, but my advice is this: If you do not like how a thread was handled, please email the modertator you believe made the error and copy Cthree on it. This way it gets dealt with in an orderly manner by those responsible, and without stirring up an unnecessary fire-storm online.
