I can barely eat 10. Is that a cute chick next to him (in the vid)? That chick competed in a hot dog-eating contest? HOT!

P.S. At 128lbs, he's a skinny guy. At 165, not so much, for his height (5'8").

No, there is actually a medical explanation regarding competitive eating. It's all about stomach expansion, and training. The fattest guy on the planet might not be able to do what he did. These guys routinely "train" (as funny as that sounds) and expand their stomach to a larger capacity every week.

All this food comes right back up 15 mins after eating it so im sure it has nothing to do with metabolism.
