What kind of remains??? I mean if they are only bones.. then OBVIOUSLY there will be NO belly button attached because that's part of the skin... one of the first things to go.

To complicate the question with more science, if this were the first human being, there is only one set of DNA, hence all subsequent humans must be identical in terms of gender, colors, fingerprints, etc. unless you accept some massive spontaneous generatoi of multitudes of additional humans to account for the diversity of the species.
