I've ridden Flows since 99. Went through three pairs.
I always thought they were good..

That was until the last 270$ binding starting breaking after 4 trips
to the mountain...
Plus, the new strap ins are a lot earier to get in and out of, and offer
a LOT more response as well as easier adjustment.

Look into Union Force Bindings, Rome Arsenal, or Rome 390..all great bindings..

i ride the flow team binding from 06.

i love that binding. easiest binding to get in and out of IMO. in fact, i step in the binding coming off the lift and i can continuously ride without stopping to hit the hill. i simply strap them on as i am riding. also no pressure points from a boot strap, as it is 1 big harness covering the majority of your foot, very comfortable.

i leave mine really loose so my feet have a little room for play. i love em, i haven't found anything yet that would make me want to switch.

I like 'em. Comfy. Very easy to get into.

is it easy to know if the support in back of the foot is locked/secure?

will it come off unintentionally? easily?

yeah, it's easy to know... as soon as the back is upright, she's locked.
and no, it doesn't come off unintentially (as least it hasn't for me). they do come off easily... but only when you want them to

I have had the Pro-FS for two seasons. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very easy to get in and out of. I don't think I'll ever go back to the double strap bindings. However, keep in mind that these bindings are heavier than the traditional ones.
