Off-topic Talk Where overpaid, underworked S2000 owners waste the worst part of their days before the drive home. This forum is for general chit chat and discussions not covered by the other off-topic forums.

So does anyone else here watch HGTV?

Yeah, usually I'd try to insult you, but your house looks really nice.

LULZ!

Thanks guys. Yeah we got a pretty sweet deal on this place on a short sale. Bought it at $100k under appraisal value. It's right in downtown St. Petersburg within walking distance to all the shopping, restaraunts, concert venues and Tropicana Field where the Rays play. It's a pretty vibrant residential area.

The new place didn't always look like this. All of the walls were white and baren when we bought it. Thinking about already selling it or renting it out with the baby on the way and having 2 lab puppies growing up to be big dogs. Having a 3 story place in a downtown area might not be conducive to our new lifestyle.

Thanks HGTV! LOL

I watch HGTV all the time and for hours at a time. I actually miss it when I travel to areas that don't broadcast it.

I'm a big home improvement fan. I enjoy the makeovers and the house flip stories.

Yeah. Some of their programming is cool but it's a real shitty picture quality compared to HD HGTV.

HGTV - great for people that own houses. Otherwise its like explaining golf to a penguin. We have a H&G forum here on S2ki.
