Kinda reminds me of when I had my very 1st S2000...the Berlina Black and I only had it for 2 or 3 weeks...went out to lunch with the boss and parked it at the front end of a parking lot for the restaurant. Like an idiot...I left the top down - but locked the car...of course, this was before I realized we DON'T have an alarm standard... (since I paid sticker plus a nice $4k premium), I figured it would have one...
At ant rate...as we're walking out the restaurant...I see someone getting OUT of my car. I couldn't go ape shit since I was with my boss and didn't want him to think I was some kind of freak (he probably knew anyway)...but I picked up the pace and asked, "hey, why were you in my car?" The guy said, "oh, it's YOUR car??" I replied, "um, yeah...it is." He then walked off and said "nice car man."
I was completely like WTF?? But my boss was like "ah, some people, let's go."
At ant rate...as we're walking out the restaurant...I see someone getting OUT of my car. Then another time...in Band Camp...nah, kidding...
My wife and I were coming out of the movie theatre after watching the movie Swordfish (so this was back in 2001, maybe??) Anyway, we come out to find not 1...TWO!! Two people leaning against my S2000 talking to some dweeb in a Chevy Tahoe...
Here...I went APE-SHIT-CRAZY!!!
I went from holding my wife's hand and opening the doors...to just dashing in front of them and said "What the $%#& are you doing - GET OFF MY CAR!!!" They got off the car...I really scared them the way I came up on 'em...but damn, I was so HOT at that very moment...the sheer disrespect for another person's property...my GAWD.
Anyway...they didn't say much and I was fuming...I opened the door for my wife and before I got in my car, I said..."learn to respect a person's property." They never responded and just looked at me like I was crazy...which I'm sure I was to them (no extra comments guys...)
