So I just drove the 02 SI hatch!
Vey nice and the rally shifter is a hell of alot better and comfortable than you would think. The 2.0 liter
is exactly what the car needed, no need to downshift on uphills. I only had it for an hour at lunch, but it was
turning heads like my yellow/black flamed s2k. I will be driving the car to Lime Rock in CT on wed 3-27-2. I'll keep you posted about the hour drive out there and how it handles a nice hour long drive through the
rolling hills of eastern New York in to the CT area. Overall I like where honda is going with the new cars coming out(PILOT??????????????)
finally I can put dubz on a HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1

Actually, I was wondering if you were going to get any track time in the car. If so, I live about 30 min from the track and would be interested in seeing the new si on the road course (if that were possible). I used to have a 94 Si, and I'd personally find it interesting to see the revisited hatch version in action.
No dice my man, the car is a demo and has about 25 miles on the speedo. I'm grabbing a helmet and jumping in my buddy's car! It will sit in the pit and be a nice little attraction for Honda enthusiasts.

It looks kind of awkward to me...... but I have never tried one..... maybe I should go over to the Honda dealer opposite my office and arrange a tes drive in a Civic Type-R
