http://terrier.com/
A web-site devoted to the JRT, I have two of them and think they are awesome dogs - What kinfd of personallity are you looking for? I did alot of research and met alot of breeders before making my choice ( don't forget about the Russell rescue) You can find out about it on the web-site as well! good luck and let me know if you have any questions!

Haven't owned a Jack Russell before but have had a Fox Terrier, Mini Schnauzer and currently a Giant Schnauzer. I would suggest before taking the plunge spend some serious time with one if you can. Find a breeder and/or a current owner and ask the hard question:

How hard is it to live with one ?

Terriers are typically very rewarding dogs but can drive you nuts. They are incredibly smart but can get bored easily and then the mischief begins

My best friends have TWO , and let me tell you, you need to give them something to do ALL the time or they'll drive ya nuts, smart dogs, loyal, good watch dogs , don't like other dogs or cats, jsut perpetual motion machines....
