About 7 years ago I was headed to Vegas and the Megabucks slot was getting close to a $20 million payoff. The day we got on the plane a cocktail waitress and the Desert Inn won playing with her nightly tips. A couple months later she was in a head on collision and is paralyzed and needs lifelong care. Same deal I guess.
