I wish Americans were patriotic enough to stand up against police for whats right.

It's not a question of "standing up to police brutality" in the U.S., IMHO:
1. The police here have plenty of time and space to beat a suspect without anybody knowing. The "really good" beatings happen that way. No set of cops would be that ballsy to get out the night sticks on the field.
2. Most Yanks believe the suspect had it coming. If they simply pulled up their pants and went to school, you won't get beat. Shame on them for not towing the company line.
3. The rest of the Yanks just love watching a good beatin'. We'll worry about those pansy-assed concepts like "equitable and fair treatment," and "justice" later; there's a show going on right now. Come to think of it, anybody filming this? Okay; send me the YouTube link later. . .
