no, martha stewart whose company that she has that produces many homewares products and assorted crap is listed on the NYSE. prior to a dramatic price variation (it sunk to "dog with fleas" levels), she offloaded a HUGE parcel of shares. now whether she had knowledge that would affect the price of the shares is up to conjecture but you have to recognise. i mean if i knew that my business was up the creek, i certainly wouldn't start selling shares in it, ppl start to investigate and the jail time is huge and i certainly wouldn't want to "toss someone's salad" when i spending quality time with Bubba.
so martha stewart did something bad and now she has to face the consequences. she was only "loaded" in terms of "paper wealth" after she floated her company. but when something bad happens, unless you unload all assets to family then the re-po man comes knocking and you're left with dick.

 

I never like that lady anyway. She has the most boring show on the most boring channel, HGTV. I know about copyright laws that Bill Gates violated, but I'd be happy to take his money any day.
