I have found that warm climates attract folks that can exist outside all year long. Not implying this man was homeless, but living in Albuquerque for years, I saw my share of wacko's. Same thing happened to me a while back... can't find that thread, anyway next time keep a super watergun. Fill it with your piss but before you piss into it, eat lots of asparagus and drink lots of beer. Then, add honey so that it clings and add some red wine for super stains... then fire away
