Sony DSC-T1
I used Digital Camera Resource for reviews when researching a digicam for myself.
I'm very happy with the Canon S400.

I have a DSC-T1 and love it. Yeah, I've read the reviews on it's down-sides and I think y'all need to stop drinking so much haterade...
Redeye - yeah, there's a lot. If you know how to use photoshop, you can solve this problem easily.
As for taking pics in low light, I do it all the time when I go out with friends. When you press the button half-way, a red light comes on that gives enough light to see with the viewfinder. If you're trying to take pictures at night of things far away, get a different camera.
I'll post some random, every-day pics from it later today so you can judge for yourself. I've already fixed the red-eye in most of the pics on my computer though, so you won't get to see that part of it.

the latter has image comparisons you can pull up of all the cameras. Great too for camera shopping.

my brother-in-law has one and took few pics and saw the actual pics aftermath. i thought they were great. it is small and cool looking also. unless you are real serious photo guy and needs super expensive bad ass cam, this will do.
that is my opinion.
