Then again, she obviously she knew she did wrong because she denied it at first.

After a minute of gathering evidence I'd probably go in. I can understand people not liking dogs and cats, but to be cruel is not acceptable.

Honestly, I think she deserves far worse than what she did to the dog. Doing something to a person who would be capable of fighting back would be despicable. What she did is way beyond that.

It makes me sick that anyone could do something like this.
