Interesting. In Phoenix the cameras are in very highly trafficked areas, so anyone trying to take them down, by day or probably even by night, would be quite likely to be caught in the act. By contrast, it looks like a lot of the Brit cameras are out in the country or in a small neighborhood, where it's easier to hit the things and disappear, or to have the residents look the other way.
In the UK you would probably get assistance from anyone that saw you attacking one? There are very few people in favour of these things also known as "scameras"since they are seen as a way of raising revenue.
Its very possible to get to most of the cameras I have seen in phoenix, the only downside is that I have seen police hiding around them on countless occasions... now they say the cameras help free up police to deal with real crimes? My ass, its all to extort
