dating is right up there with porn in terms of revenues. but member retention is only a couple months...that's how long it takes to get laid, then they're happy and quit paying you.

That was my first thought too. Plus, it's harder to forget someone's name if you've only known them 2-3 minutes. Much better than those nights that you meet at 9 and you don't get things "rolling" until after 2. That's 5 hours! I forget my own birthday in that length of time! How am I suppossed to remember something as trivial as a name or a phone number (or a annoying rash that develops whenever skin is exposed to whipped cream....)
