if you listen I think the throttle was suck or the guy was standing on the throttle the whole time after the crash.

-elderly guy gets ticket
-cop tells him to have a better day and be careful pulling back out into traffic
-elderly guy starts vehicle puts on left turn signal
-elderly guy hammers it in reverse, hits cop car, gets rear wheels all the way up onto cop car's windshield
-fail
