Does anyone else think spiders are a bit gross? and can anyone suggest ways of getting rid of the spiders in the house?

I have this problem with spiders crawling around the house during the summer, and I'm not the biggest fan of them.


This is the kind I have a lot of around the house, and apparently it's one of the very few kinds of house spiders that are able to bite through human skin and have poisonous venom.

OMG if I had those kind of spiders in my house, I'd burn the place down... I hope you're kidding

 

I've got some spider problems in the summer, mainly in the basement, but it's those little house spiders that are not much of a problem, they usually just occupy themselves in corners, but they're easy to get rid of.. Spiders of those size though, I'd fumigate or something..
