Did you guys not read the links posted?

Dude this is the one time I have no problem admitting that that shit made me cry like a baby. How the hell can people (in the museum) stand by and do nothing to stop this!!

He wanted to show how one dog tied up and starved calls attention when thousands die every day in his town and no one cares.

With that being said:
......at least the dogs in his town have a fighting chance!
