English is spoken by 95% of people living here. Only labours and uneducated people (like housemates) do not speak english, plus very very old arabs. Thing is, you have people from all over the world living here (and I do mean the whole world) and without english, it would be VERY difficult. But since over 60% of the population is from India, when you speak Hindi you are still fine
