The red starter button and a few of the external design features have been a subject of discussion on the viper board.

 

Did they get a plastic rear window?

 

...and most important is whether or not they have a "secret compartment"

 

How about some of that nice carpit.

 

Do you think anyone is going to make any, not enough torque for daily driving comments? Maybe the opposite ha LOL.

 

On the whole I don't like the new car, seems like it's lost something. The most interesting thing was they went to a traditional hood. Apparently the second most expensive component on the current Viper next to the engine was the hood! because of it being composite it cost them $10,000!

 

did they get a clock?

Regarding the $10,000 hood, I read the same thing (I think in Road & Track). . . The price seems excessive, but given the benefits it may be worth it. . .
