When I go out for Viet food, I do it big. I get looks from people all over because I can put the food away.

Appetizer- Bot Chien (Well Done)

Entree- Mi Xa Xiu and Com Thit Nuong

Desert- Che Dac Biet

i love duck blood. don't know whats the name of it though.
raw duck blood poured over a plate of chopped duck meat sprinkled with peanuts.

also love eating the duckling eggs.

that andrew zimmerman guy and his strange foods show can do a full episode or two in any viet home any given day.
