Stress!
Why Worry ?
There are only two things to worry about -
either you are well or you are sick.
If you are well, then there is nothing to worry about -
but if you are sick, there are two things to worry about.
Either you will get well or you will die.
If you get well, then you have nothing to worry about.
If you die, then you have two things to worry about.
Either you go to Heaven or to Hell.
If you go to Heaven, then there is nothing to worry about.
But if you go to Hell,
you will be so damn busy shaking hands with old friends, you won't have time to worry.

90% of stress is brought about by yourself. Individuals perception or imagination of an act or circumstance. If your stressed about something it's probally because you are imagining the absolute worst outcome of a situation. When it doesn't then you are relieved! We let ourselves be stress in a bad way instead of a good way.
Try this, think about what is stressing you so much and accept it's outcome in your imagination. In time you will see how to truely deal with the situation, knowing that even if you do nothing it will past just as everything does. Look beyond the problem for the answer and then know that it will work out for the best.
If you haven't killed anyone or tried to do it to yourself, then it don't matter and deal with what is in front of you right now. What is reality, not what is preceived. I believe in physoclogical terms this is called, "cognitive thinking." We do it everyday in all kinds of situations, just be a little more aware. Use the stress to accomplish a task. Remember the old saying," When the going gets tough, the tough get going!" Well there you go, Bad to Good in one thought.

Sometimes, just thinking about it rationally will help you relieve the stress. Oh yea, remember you are in charge of you. You can't do anything to change another persons mind or action, they have to, so quit trying. Let it go!
