Anyone one else work at a place where you are underpaid and over worked? hehe (everyone)

There are two shifts were I work and there is only one person on either shifts who actually does work which is me and one other person. I work first shift so I get to deal with all the corporate BS people. I have 3 bosses on first shift and there is only me under them. We support over 500 users during first shift along with three very large and expensive sortation machines. Ok, anyone see anything wrong with this? IT Director, IT Manager, IT Asst. Manager, Me. I'm the only one who supports the majority of the users and do all of the manual labor. I also created/maintain the website for two sites. I'm always creating new ways for management to do less work (Work/User account requests/record keeping/searching are all online, HR forms all done online, Vacation tracking db, videos, how to's, maintenance db's in asp,java,sql,access,etc... a lot of stuff basically). I also create applications in Visual Studio .NET (now creating a desktop app to view current stats on production,etc.).

I just felt like complaining, so complain if you want.

I'm with ya man! I'm the senior developer here, but my boss and I do almost all the database/coding work on our systems. I have 2 people that help me, but for the most part the work is a neverending abyss. Oh well, I'm figuring another 3 more years and things will be going smoothly and I'll be upper management At least that's what I'm HOPING. Just work hard and everything will work out Good luck man, IT can be a demanding field, especially right now where all companies are understaffed after the big fallout. Have a good day man!

Be glad you have a job. I will trade places with you if you're that unhappy.
