hmmmm...in a prison it should be plenty easy to stop someone from committing suicide. At least this one had some creativity.

I feel sorry for their kids.

I don't see how she was being a 'mom' by doing that (not that killing the husband an burying him in the vineyard is any better).

That's kind of like the fugitive in Florida who's suing because after he escaped, he spent several nights in a swamp. He's suing for pain and suffering which, he claims, would have been averted had the police captured him in a timely manner.
