Garage: 1991 300ZX 110k miles - for sale
2000 S2000

Driveway: 1996 Pathfinder, 83k miles - wifes car

My ear: Her complaining about selling the Z so she can park in the garage again, been going on for a year now. Now that it's "summer" she's tried to convince me the Z should go on the driveway. Still no dice - the Z stays dry.

I think your wife has a weak argument especially since the weather is improving. How often does she wash her SUV? How is it taken care of? Up to the same specs as the S2000? I think not. If it were winter you could offer to scrape it for her each morning, but I saved that for last and never had to use that card during "negotiations".

Put the SUV outside. Hopefully, someone will steal it

you don't wanna leave the convertible outside. The top will wear out faster than you can say MY2002?

Get a car cover for whatever you drive least. Unless theres the chance that sticks and branches or something will hit your car. Then I guess you dont really want to leave the dent free ITR outside. Maybe get a cover for your S2K and make your wife put it on every night.

I settled the problem before it ever became an issue. I divorced the wife which freed up her spot in the garage. Now the S2K and the truck are nice and cozy. And I have the king size water bed to myself to boot.
