depends on what you want really
basic site
50mb storage, php alot of free goodies for like $3/month really great deal www.coastlandtech.com my site is hosted on it but i dont use alot of scripting just storage
tons of storage
i work for this company but theyre really great, www.aitcom.net
225mb storage(also tons of goodies) 19.95/month and you can resell any of their services(virtual hosting) and pay for your site easily
