I like Banana Republic for just a casual outting if I'm wearing a suit. BR isn't too high-priced and doesn't have logos everywhere, it's just comfortable and looks quite contemporary. Not to be cliche, but I notice a lot of asians shop at BR as well.
If you have the money, Brooks Brother is never a bad bet and you'll always look good no matter where you go.
That's pretty much just generic advice.

generic advise is fine. Do you prefer 2 button or 3 button? Also since i work out, I have a larger neck and built traps, so wearing a tie, is very annoying and uncomfortable, any advice for that?

I have yet to be impressed with Men's Warehouse; their stuff always seems to fall apart so I'd avoid if possible. Selix seems a bit nicer, but no matter where you rent from, wear your own dress shoes or you'll be hurting at the end of the day.
well honestly if you have big traps and delts then a tie will look good imo. Banana Republic should fit you well if you're built. they have some nice fitting stuff with a modern look but it's not too out there like some of the Zara or #### stuff (WTF why did it edit F.C.U.K.). you'd probably want a 3 button since you want to look more professional.
since this seems to be your first suit in a while you should keep it as versatile as possible. can't go wrong with a black suit, solid white shirt and a tie of any color (other than brown). certain color ties and shirts will only look right with certain color suits so if you want to keep it versatile do a black suit and you can switch up the tie each time and it'll be a new look.
be sure to pick up a nice looking black leather belt with a solid rectangle buckle (since you're built, a bigger buckle will look better). and also some sleek looking shoes (longer-looking designs are preferable these days). the shoes and belt are important because they're small finishing touches that will make or break the outfit.
