Gotta balance it out. Eat this, then air for the rest of the day.

Srsly, I went to PF Changs for dinner one night and ended up consuming 2 days worth of calories and fat. I was thinking, its Chinese food, its gotta be healthy.....

Chinese food healthy? I have no idea what gave you that idea. Restaurant Chinese food is oil on oil. That's one way the Chinese get the flavor out of the ingredients. The only way to eat healthy Chinese food is home cooked. Now, Japanese food would be less artery clogging. Sushi is a good alternative, but don't get the ones with all the mayo and stuff smoothering it. It kind of defeats the purpose.

The orange stuff near the bottom is cheddar cheese and the white stuff is country gravy (usually put on biscuits at breakfast).

Hardee's really knows how to have a menu of healthy options. Another example is there Monster Thickburger; 1400 calories and 107 grams of fat. No wonder why 60% of the country is overweight.
