Default Sweaty Hands

Everyone here seems to post their personal problems for the world to see so i might as well get in the habit too
Anyway i have this problem where my hands are noticeably sweaty 90% of the time. That 10% of the time is when i really dont care if my hands are wet or not cause im not doing anything with them. Its a really embarrassing situation when you have to shake someones hand.
Anyone else have this problem, any solutions?

My brother has sweaty hands. Glad I didn't get that passed on to me. Don't know of any solutions though, sorry.

Carry a handkerchief in your pocket, and dry your hands before you shake someone elses.

the thing is they dont dry by just wiping, if it worked i would just wipe them on my pants, the only temporary solution is washing them.

ckit, you mean the stuff that weight lifters use? doesnt that get real dirty

I used to have sweaty hands. It went away in my 20's. My non-scientific reasoning for this is:
1) I have more confidence now
2) I learned to keep my hands open when at rest. Sounds dumb, but I found that in the past I naturally had my hands in a loose fist quite often. They would warm up and get sweaty.
3) Maybe my hands weren't too sweaty, so any change made a difference.

When I had to shake hands, I would try to wipe them on my pants, but also try to make sure nobody saw me do it I'm sure people noticed, but didn't say anything.

Of course, a google search on "sweaty palms" has lots of info.

How much do your palms sweat? Do they always do this? Are they one way at work and another when you are alone or around friends?
