Default Sweet-N-Low

Alright... so practically every morning I have a coffee at work and I find that the regular sugar isn't sweet enough for me to drink my coffee. So what I do is that I mix 1 pack of Sweet-N-Low and 1 pack of regular sugar. Well... I always run into different people from the office in the kitchen and each one of them has a different theory of why Sweet-N-Low is bad for you.

All the other reason are whatever to me but I sometimes get that it causes cancer. Has anyone heard this before? Is this true?

artificial sweeteners MIGHT be bad for you if you were fed your body weight in them each day for months.

If this doesn't apply to you, don't worry.

I only avoid sugar because it doesn't disolve well with many liquids.

I've caught on to simple syrup...

1 million parts sugar
1 million parts water

Boil and stir...keep in fridge.

Everything in moderation. Well...almost everything.
