The Taco Bell Diet
i love taco bell, eventhough we all know it's not *real* mexican food
when i was in college, i had an image problem and wanted to lose some weight, but i didn't want to not eat what i love to eat, so this is how i shed 30 pounds in 6 months:
breakfast: coffee, fat free milk, no sugar, and plenty of cigarettes
lunch: 2 regular tacos (180 calories each with cheese, according to taco bell) without cheese, 1 large ice tea no sugar, and plenty of smokes
dinner: something sensible and small portioned, and lots of smokes.

i didn't really exercise (walked a lot more), but i DID start eating VERY slowly. i'd eat one taco (lots of hot sauce), stop, smoke a couple of cigarettes, drink lots of ice tea, and slowly disect the second taco. i went from a 38 waist down to 31 waist in 6 months, it also coincided with my return to korean/asian clubs with a vengeance at that time. so whenever i hear "young turk club", "H-O-T", or even "Anh Jae-Woo" (sp?) i remember the days of Taco Bell and Korean clubs
there you have it, Mingster's Taco Bell diet.
of course i threw caution and exercise to the wind after i got married (why? i don't know) so 5 years later i'm back to my old "glory and guts", but i did manage to quit smoking (now for 10 months!!! yeah!)
