on a serious note:
there have been a number of pho cop cars in my area. sometimes people dial 911 before getting out of their vehicles. alot of cop cars are not marked or have few markings. they also do not have consistant markings.

That's messed up. No matter how funny that video was because of the sounds the lady made, there was no justification for that much tazer work. If she was being combative and coming at sure, but sitting in her seat and doing nothing isn't the type of person using a tazer was ment for.

I'd say the officer acted correctly. He used non lethal force to get a suspect to comply with his instructions. Stupid bitch would have tested my patience with all that whining and cocky attitude.
Also, the force was justified because of the nature of the crime. He was placing the woman under arrest. You don't get arrested simply for speeding. She must have been doing something more serious, or already had a warrant out for her arrest. I bet the next time she gets pulled over she'll knock off the ghetto bitch attitude and do what the cops say. Even if she felt they weren't justified in their conduct, you don't ever do anything about it right on the scene. Struggling with police during a traffic stop doesn't usually reflect well on a person's character. Just take it and sue the shit out of the department later.

I think that between him and his partner they could have easily pulled her from the car and on her face to put the cuffs on her.
It is obvious that they were looking for a reason to use the tazer IMO..

^Why should they have to wrestle her out of the car and deal with "un-nesassary force" against a woman issues. The women didnt comply after being told numerous times, he warned her of what will happen if she didnt comply, and he followed through with what he stated he would do. Perfectly exectuted and they didnt have to wrestle her out of the car.
