FICA (Federal withholding for Social Security & Medicare)
Estate tax (Federal & State)
Gift tax (Federal & State)
Generation-skipping transfer tax (Federal)
Business property tax (municipal)
Value added tax (Federal)
Local Symbols Use Tax (state)
Hotel/Resort tax (county)
Gambling Activity Tax (state/county)

EDIT: There's a new small tax added to the purchase of airline tickets to help fund Homeland Security--don't remember what it's called.
