for programmers only...are you employed now or not? i'm full time and getting promoted, but so many people i know and love are unemployed. makes me feel guilty sometimes, other times i just feel really lucky. i wish i could offer jobs to everyone i know, and not being able to do it and watch my companions suffer sucks ass.

 

If you feel guilty, why are you rubbing it in?

didn't mean it to rub it in, i said it b/c i wish i could do more to help. sorry if you take offense.

i did EE in college...software changes, but you always need hardware to run it all. too bad i quit college and joined the programming workforce instead.
