WTF doesn't that sound like A. Profiling and B. An invasion of their privacy. What a thinly veiled attempt to pull over people in an attempt to "discover" punishable offenses.

Despite my age I still am often mistaken for a teenager -- does this mean I too will be pulled over and given free movie tickets?

the potential for stupidity never ceases to amaze me. Unmarked cars following people around town, to their house and shit? WTF.

Tax dollars hard at work passing out movie tickets to teenagers while the number of unsolved burglaries etc. etc. keeps rising. There are so many possible motives behind this program and encouraging teens to obey traffic laws is probably not one of them.

That's the worst idea that I've heard all week.

This is analegous to prank calling a random person and saying, "Mr Smith, this is Det. Jones from the State Police. I'm very sorry to have to tell you this, but your mother was just struck by a hit and run driver. She is at X hospital in critical condition. She is conscious, but in a great deal of pain. Even if she survives, she may never walk again....
...Psyche!! Just kidding! Ha ha ha! Good one, huh? Here's a coupon for a free Whopper for being such a great sport."

If you don't you should sue for discrimination.
