HMM SEEMS PHOTOSHOPPED, i would say no, at that distance wouldn't the noise of the plane be unnoticeable?

Yep...I was sceptical also.

A friend of mine was saying that it should have been too hot to be dressed like that.

I never been to the WTC. Were there even any balconies to be standing at? I have never seen any in the pictures.
