As long as I have been a member I still can't figure out how to put those little smile face thingies on whenever I post a thread.

Could anyone please help a brother out and enlighten me on this matter

When you type your post, on the left hand side is a group of the smilies, just click the one you want...like this .

Well I looked and there ain't nothin like that on mine.
I also looked at the bottom where it says Forum rules, and it says that the Smilies are on.

Well thanks for the info on changing the options AVXs2000. Lets just see how this works now.
