This is the most disturbing thing I have read in a long time.

My prayers go out to Takashi as well as his friends and family.

Truly sad news. I wish Takashi a speedy recovery and that those rat bastards get locked up for a long, long time.

In my old LA neighborhood, the Lebanese guys caused lots of trouble. Seemed to get into it with Armenians. I dunno-- some ppl have vicious war-like streaks. Not all, of course, but I wish the Japanese mafia could get ahold of these guys that did this and tear them to pieces to avenge our gentle Takashi. Just my .02

I'm so sorry to hear the news. I hope Takashi makes a speedy recovery - It really isn't fair that this sort of stuff happens to good people. Thanks for informing this board of the situation Christina - you'll find that despite the rampant scum out there in the world, there are people who are good and care. It's nice to see that this board is full of these caring folks.
