For those of you eating right
If you're a fella that's eating right, you've no doubt got some sense of what is in the foods that you're eating, and are perhaps setting a basic daily carb%-fat%-protein% goal for yourself, along with a target daily caloric intake.
What are you doing to track this data to make sure you are hitting your targets? Website? Software? Pen and paper? Instinct? What do you do to track your progress toward whatever goal(s) you have?

When you eat the exact same thing everyday you do it by routine. Then you adjust depending on cutting, bulking, etc. This is good because you sometimes can't be at a comp all day, so if you do it by habit then you are good to go.
