i actually like the idea of removing offensive pics from the forum. (yes, some girls were really pretty and all, but there were quite few of really offensive ones. some people really abused this subject matter this time.)

it's our fault that this happened, but what i'm really concerned about is that the moderators' lack of professional manner towards this case.
other threads, when there are problems such as fights... etc., i see moderators lock/ close those threads with professional/ polite manner and language- what's up with using all those slangs for this case?

 

I think the moderators warn offenders offline first and so the reaction that finally happens only suprises those of us who were not being offensive. This is a private BB afterall, they do have the right to restrict and limit content that they see to be inappropropriate. That being said, there are other options for that kind of content that we can choose to go to if thats what we are looking for. I think I'll just go bakc to talking cars and sh!t. A lot less hassle. This si still one of the coolest sites available and I plan on keeping it clean too.

I'm sorry this has got a few pissed but in our own defense I would say that the RULES HAVE NOT CHANGED. I politely asked for greater discretion a couple of weeks ago and this was ignored by enough people to demand action on our part. We are forced to ENFORCE things a lot more than we did before. There will be no beauty contests, no off-color jokes about sex, race or religion (unless Taliban), no questionable content of any kind. Since some have proven that they cannot be left unattended all rights of maturity have been suspended. It's those individuals who continued to provoke the situation that you should be pissed at. Now everyone has to be brought down to a lowest common denominator. This is truly unfortunate as I much prefer being able to go about my business without having to babysit others who lack both courtesy for others and judgement.

We will monitor the situation for a while and if things seem to be brought under a certain level of control we may let off a bit. I'm sorry it has to be this way.
