i saw that on TV....it was a "brush" at the most....... how stupid.... the dad deserves a large smack in the face due to wasting everyone's time.

It looked to me like when the kid wrapped his arm around tigger, it caused him to lose his balance and to keep from falling over the railing he tried to grab the kid.
