Anyone here knows a good cleaning/dissolving agent for removing tire marks on concrete floors, esp. on pourous surfaces? I've tried bleach and degreaser with zero success.

"De-solv-it." cleans up most gunk. Try that. Comes in a spray bottle.

I usually recommend a pressure wash with plain water no chemicals added (solvents can melt the rubber further in to the concrete).

I'm not sure if your marks have been affected by the bleach or degreaser. If not, you may want to add some kind of cleaner to the pw.
