well, i used Google Images to find the source images, and then I use LView Pro to crop and resize them to under 100x100 pixels, the maximum allowable size for an avatar.

people will probably say, "dude! PhotoShop is the only way to go!" - but LView Pro is actually much more user-friendly if you're just dealing with simple tasks as resizing, cropping, image adjusting, etc. just the basics.

heh, to tell you the truth, that's all i use LView Pro for - to make avatars!

OMG my day is soo much better.
its 41 degrees outside (freakin tropics compared to the last few weeks) im feeling better, not so sick and i have an avatar! what can be better? i have no idea! lol
