I'm not quite there yet, but when I open the doors to my own agency, I think insurance is the best gig you can possibly have. Doctors and Lawyers aren't making money unless they are working. You get 10 years of building an agency under your belt, and you show up once a week to make sure your staff is on track, then play golf while the residual checks keep rolling in.
