Geez, that was NOT a tornado. It was cool, but a tornado would have messed all of those people up pretty good.

Just a dust devil. You see them all the time in the desert -- good indications of thermals for sailplane pilots ..

I have never seen a dust devil before. What would happen to someone if they ran and jumped into one of that size? Could you get shot up into the sky?

amartin, I saw one in Austin a few years back when I was coming home from work. It was just off of 1325 north of Wells Branch.
