I love track and field, from the hammer throw to the pole value to the runs. Too bad the mens 100m didn't turn out to be the dogfight everyone thought it would. 400m is my fav, can't wait for those. I'm not going to call a total BS on the 10.7 but that is a mighty fast time.

 

Usain Bolt is absolutely freakish. He set a World Record and showboated the last 8 meters.

 

I'm waiting on men's pole vault. Used to train with Stu so I'm pulling for him.
