Default Traction Issues?

Ok heres my freinds set up, 1991 Sentra SE-R Turbo SR20 (SR20DET) its got a big turbo and lots of internal stuff done. He makes 360 HP at 20 Psi. He has b14 sentra wheels and Falken Ziex 912 All-season tires. Can anyone think why he cant get any traction? thanks guys.

BTW: im gonna print out your answers and give it to him, I love messing with him he always talks about how his car is so powerful that he cant hook up. blah blah blah. Im gonna delete this part after I get some funny answers lol. thanks guys.

A)This is off topic.

Because your friend is too f^&$%$ cheap to buy a set of proper tires. All season do not equal traction unless he likes to drive in a lot of snow & mud. I had a Sentra I would get some nice tires and then drive it straight off a cliff with myself inside.
