Might not be everyone's first choice, but the prices don't seem crazy at all. Those are probably relatively nice as trailers go, plus they're in a gated community with ocean views of Malibu. Try getting those perks anywhere else around there for only a million. There's a line of trailers facing the water at our old marina and I think they were getting around 650 a year ago. These were very small and the only view was the docks and the bay, no open ocean panoramas. Most of the people living there were older though and just wanted to be near their boats, so it seemed to work out pretty well for them.
